Problem Description

External data center, query log prompt: data loading failed, as shown below

Root cause

The data center related services are not started, as shown in the following figure: Sangfor Process Manager is not started

solution

After manually starting the service, the log can be queried normally

Suggestions and Conclusion

If antivirus software is installed on your computer, it is recommended to add data center related services and directories to the whitelist and do not restrict the normal operation of the program.
