[aDesk] VM machine domain single Login failed., Tips the trust relationship between the workstation and the AD domain server Failed

Problem Description

External Authentication uses LDAP Authentication, VM automatically joins the domain and VM single sign-on is enabled. After single sign-on is Enabled, it Tips the trust relationship between the workstation and the AD domain server fails when it Failed turned on. Please check whether the AD domain server Online OR try to Reset the computer.

Process——

1. Test Connectivity the virtual machine Connected resolve the domain controller Address Connected (normal)
2. Test Connectivity VM joined to the domain through a local account (Connected)
3. After checking Settings, I found that there was Mon AD Domain OU in the option of Join VM to AD domain to the domain. The OU in the domain controller was Settings here. After testing, the configuration of the New Resource here was kept as the Default empty, and everything Connected.

solution

New Virtual Desktop Resource, Domain and SSO, AD OR OU is not Select. VM Connected joined to the domain and single sign-Log In Connected.
