**Step One: **Press the enter key to see if you can enter System to load. If not, proceed to step Tue.
**Step Two: **Turn off the power for 5 min and then Skip to see if you can skip the kernel loading interface. If not, proceed to step Wed.
**Step Three: **Remove the Serial Port cable and Restart the device to see if you can enter System. If Mon arm light is always on and you cannot enter System, return the entire device for repair.
