Issue Description

Login into MGR prompts ‘User Disabled’

Handling Process

  1. Access backend to confirm the version is below 3.5.2.
    Command: cat /sf/edr/manager/config/plat_version.conf

  2. Upload the file into /tmp/ directory.

  3. Copy the existing file on MGR.
    Command: cp /ac/dc/config/sys_account.json /ac/dc/config/sys_account.json.bak

  4. Replace the file.
    Command: cp /tmp/sys_account.json /ac/dc/config/sys_account.json

  5. Log in to the console again using the following password.
    admin/sangforedr123

Root Cause

From ES 3.5.2 and above, it has been optimized and it is no longer possible to disable super-management users.

Solution

Replace the password file and login using the new password.
