[VDI] Remote application configured to use VDI Account to login and failed

Issue Description

The remote application configuration uses ‘Use VDI Account’ and prompts "Error verifying user on Remote Application server"

Error/Warning Information

Handling Process

1. Check the VDC configuration and selected ‘Use VDI Account’ for VDI login. Configured the correct domain name.
2. Logged out of the VDI client after modifying the configuration.
3. Logged using a domain user account.
4. Confirmed the remote application server was joined to the domain

Root Cause

The remote application server was not joined to the domain.

Solution

Manually join the domain on the Remote Application Server.
