Issue Description

When saving resources configuration on SSL, keep on loading.

Handling Process

1. Client feedback when they change configuration on SSLVPN it will keep shows updating. ( over 3 min).
2. Remote checked, however unable to reproduce the issue.
3. Checked with specialist, it is known issue and can be resolve by patch.
