【NGAF】Packet Drop In HA

Issue Description

When the ISP line is connected through the VLAN Interface on the firewall, a serious packet loss occurs. Local PC ping public happen packet loss.

Handling Process

Device in HA:

Check the HA member :

Path: System > High Availability

Root Cause

The new WAN interface is not include in the HA member interfaces.

Solution

Include the new WAN interface into the HA member interfaces.
