[HCI-SCP] aops monitoring virtual machine status shows that data is not reported

Problem Description

The customer built aops and needs to monitor the status of the virtual machine, but the interface shows that the data is not reported

Alarm Information

Effective Troubleshooting Steps

  1. The virtual machine is a win10 system. Click the details after the error and find that the agent is not installed.
  2. After downloading the plug-in, the installation agent crashes
  3. The virtual machine can connect to aops IP, but ports 8081 and 8888 are blocked. After opening these two ports, the installation is successful.

Root Cause

The port from the virtual machine to iops is not open.

Solution

Open ports 8081 and 8888 to solve the problem
