Issue Description

In SCP Reliability Center, the DR status showing alert even the RPO is meet.

Error/Warning Information

Handling Process

1. Mark the alarm as read.
2. login to acmp/scp backend
3. follow the instruction below:
   a. Issue command: mongo ceilometer
   
   b. db.dr_server.remove({}), then ctrl+c or exit from the mongodb
   
   c. Restart the service ceilometer-central.service
   systemctl restart ceilometer-central.service
   

Root Cause

It’s a known issue in SCP where the warning cache was not cleared so it show alert at DR status.

Solution

1. Refesh the DR status by following the Handling Process as mentioned above, after this the DR status will be reset.
   
2. Upgrade SCP to 6.2.0 version.
