Problem Description

Asset Management Alert: Failed to read asset table data.

Handling Process

  1. Backend run command check_service.sh and found ldbr abnormal.
    file

  2. Found that the "Enable CPU optimization (layer 4 firewall only)" is enabled.

Solution

Disable the "Enable CPU optimization (layer 4 firewall only)".

Root Cause

Enable "Enable CPU optimization (layer 4 firewall only)" will sacrifice certain security and logging capabilities in order to optimize CPU performance, which can cause logs not to be recorded and result in errors in some SOC-related features due to unavailable log data.
