【XDR】Under the Security Alert module, no logs are displayed when filtering events by Status

Issue Description

Under the Security Alert module, no related logs are displayed when filtering events by any Status.

Handling Process

  1. Without any filter aplpied.
    file

  2. When filtering using other conditions, the logs are displayed normally.

  3. The same result occurs when using super administrator account.

Root Cause

Upon testing on 2 XDR web UIs, it has been verified that the root cause of this issue was that the web page had been saved in custom favorite.

Solution

After deleting it, may test again using one of the following methods:

  1. Open the web UI on browser in incognito mode
  2. Clear the browser cache
  3. Wait a few minutes for the entry to sync with the browser before the next test
