Issue Description

Clicking "Details" for security event always shows "No data available" and clicking "In-Depth Analysis" results in parameter error.

Collected information in F12 tab and feedback to R&D team for further anlaysis.

Root Cause

1. It was a known issue.
2. There is problem with the time calculation when cleaning up Advanced Threat logs, which causes the database records to be deleted. Therefore, failed to retrieve detailed information.

Solution

1. Resolved in SP2 service pack.
2. After the patch installation, previous data will not be recoverable. Advised customer to monitor the logs generated going forward.
