[AF] AF direct log shows “Filter HTTP error page”

Problem Description

AF is deployed at the front end of the server. PC access to Services server will go through AF. An exception occurs when a customer accesses a business System.

Process——

A direct test is conducted on the accessed server address. The service is normal and the direct log shows that the Web App Firewall Policies is blocked. The screenshot is as follows.

According to the direct Logs, "Filter HTTP error page" corresponds to "Application Hiding" Medium the waf Policies. Uncheck it and let the customer test it again, and the business can be used normally.

Uncheck "Hide Application Hiding" in waf

Suggestions and Conclusion

HTTP hiding can hide the field Info returned by the HTTP server message header, replace the server error page, and replace the request error page.
This case is just to express that the corresponding "filtering HTTP error pages" should adjust the "Application Hiding" Medium the waf Policies.
