Problem Description

Custom Services, error message "Return value is 14, import terminated"
Import Objects table in [Object Definition] – [Services] – [Custom Services]

Process——

1. Check the import table and find that the port conflict is TCP 4060 conflict

2. Delete the redundant TCP 4060 port and re-import it

Root cause
