1. Check the serial number. It is a basic level authorization. The serial number is not wrong.
2. AF version 7.2 and later has basic functions by default, and the multi-function serial number will not display the basic level. If you need to use the basic level IPS and Network functions, you need to activate the Security Databases upgrade serial number.

3. If the customer has not purchased the Security Databases serial number, he/she cannot use the IPS and botnet functions. You can apply for a trial.
