Problem Description

The switch cannot enter global mode

Process –

  1. Check whether the baud rate is 9600 or 115200
  2. [Computer Management] [Device Manager] Check the com port and whether the tool configuration selection is correct.
  3. Configure terminal input prompts an error.
  4. The /# interface indicates that the switch startup item file has not been loaded completely. Restart the switch and reconnect using the tool.
