[SCP] After upgrading SCP680, the login system port becomes 443

Problem Description

Customers reported that after SCP upgraded to 680, they could use 443 to log in to the admin account, but 4430 was not working;

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Check the port in the background and find that there is indeed no port 4430
  2. Try restarting httpd and sangfor-waf services but it doesn't work

3.ip a found eth1 network card

  1. The interface has eth1 network card
  2. Try disabling the eth1 network card but it doesn’t work
  3. After communicating with the customer, delete the eth1 network card and restart scp to solve the problem

solution

The problem was solved by deleting the extra network cards on SCP.
