Problem Description

The backup status of the Virtual Machine viewed on scp is Other.

The backup status is displayed as Other

solution

1. Check the scp version, which is scp6.3.0, and the hci version, which is 6.0.0R5.
   

2. When the hci version is confirmed to be lower than hci6.2.0, the backup status of the Virtual Machine of scp6.3.0 will be displayed as "other" backup status. It will return to normal after upgrading the hci version to hci6.3.0.
