【BBC】Abos failed to access BBC — configure the shared key as a password

Abos device failed to access BBC

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Check the username and password and find that there is no problem, and the manual configuration is the same

  2. Check the shared key and find that the shared key is not configured on the BBC device at the headquarters, but it is configured on the Abos device

Root cause

The shared key is not configured on BBC, but it is configured on Abos, which causes Abos to fail to access BBC.

Suggestions and Conclusion

When configuring centralized management, the password and shared key are very close to each other. Some colleagues will regard the shared key column as the password confirmation, causing the password to be configured as the shared key, resulting in verification failure on BBC.
