【BBC】AC configuration failed when sending BBC2.5.3 version

Problem Description

Failed to send BBC2.5.3 configuration to AC12.0.9

Process——

  1. Click on the template to send the configuration immediately, but no specific error is seen.

  2. According to the R&D consultation, if BBC 2.5.3 is configured to AC versions below 12.0.18, the BBC branch version center image needs to be upgraded to 12.0.18, otherwise the configuration of AC versions below 12.0.18 will fail.

  1. After upgrading the AC image to version 12.0.18 in the BBC branch version center, the configuration can be sent to AC12.0.9 normally.

solution

Upgrade the AC image to version 12.0.18 in the BBC2.5.3 branch version center, and BBC will be able to send the configuration to AC12.0.9 normally.
