Problem Description

AC failed to join BBC

Process——

  1. Check that connectivity is available and the network is normal.

  2. Check the configuration and make sure the access name is correct. The access password is confirmed to be correct

  3. Check the system log and no other errors are reported.

  1. Check the shared secret key. If the key is incorrect, reconfigure it.
