【BBC】Alarms are displayed in the VPN topology, but VPN tunnels are all normal

Problem Description

When the customer logged into BBC, he found an alarm displayed on the BBC’s VPN large-screen topology. However, in fact, the VPN connections on the device were normal. He did not know why the alarm occurred.

  1. Find the alarm VPN topology configuration as follows:


When you put the mouse on it, it will show "There is a VPN account that is fully established"

Root cause

The customer has created a test account or a guest account on the device itself at the headquarters or on the branch device. The account has not successfully established a VPN tunnel, so this prompt will appear.

solution

  1. Simply delete any unnecessary accounts. This change will not affect your business.
