【BBC】BBC copying failed

Problem Description

Customers reported that they could not connect to the BBC copy machine server as shown in the figure:

Process——

  1. Check that the BBC is accessible online

  2. BBC copy machine needs to open the background access as shown in the figure:

solution

After BBC enabled backend access, the inspection was successful
