Problem Description

BBC deletes VPN topology and automatically generates a VPN topology

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Check whether the current device is the headquarters device or the branch device


2. The client device is a branch device sangfor VPN, where the webagent address is configured

Root cause

The basic configuration of sangforVPN modifies the access address of the public network. BBC will determine that it is a headquarters device and automatically generate a VPN topology.

Modify the access address to the headquarters device

solution

Modify the access address of sangforVPN basic configuration to the default 10.254.254.253:4009 so that it will not be automatically generated.

Changing the access address will restart the VPN service, which will affect business
