- Check the BBC background log /sf/log/today/sfvt_bbc_ha file
Through the above log analysis, it is the image_file file management failure, and it is inferred whether there is an open page policy template
- Through interface analysis, it was found that the customer did open a policy template configuration web. Close the policy template and wait for a while, and the configuration synchronization is completed.
Root cause
During the dual-machine configuration synchronization process, the policy configuration template cannot be opened because the device will determine that the configuration has been edited or updated, causing the dual-machine synchronization state to be waiting for the policy template configuration to be completed.
