【BBC】BBC import configuration failed

Problem Description

When exporting the configuration of BBC version 2.5.3 and importing it into version 2.5.10, an error occurs and the backup file verification fails.

Process——

  1. Check the specific error information and find that the backup file verification failed

  1. Communicate with relevant R&D staff to confirm that BBC can only import configurations between the same version, and configurations between different versions cannot be imported.

  2. After upgrading BBC2.5.3 to BBC2.5.10, export the configuration and re-import it into BBC2.5.10, and it will work normally.

Root cause

The configuration of BBC devices can only be imported into the same version, not into different versions.

After upgrading the BBC device to 2.5.10, import the configuration
