【BBC】BBC user import failed, prompt: System internal error

The customer's BBC2.5.10 device exported the branch user, then made some changes locally (added some new branches), and then reported an error when importing again

1. Check the files before and after importing, and there are no obvious abnormal characters.

2. Use a very long user name, called: XXX Group Co., Ltd. XXX Branch. After trying to delete it, the problem is solved.

Root cause

The maximum length of a BBC user name is 63 characters or 21 Chinese characters. The user name above has 24 Chinese characters, which exceeds the range, so the import fails.

Delete the user, or modify the length of the user name
