- Check the BBC upgrade log of the WOC device and you can see a large number of faild logs, as shown below:

- After entering the WOC device background, check cat /var/bbc/log/bbc_ssu_upgrade.log, and you can find the reason why the WOC device upgrade failed: insufficient wanacc disk space

Delete the backup blackbox in the /wanacc/blackbox_packup/ directory. Keep only 7 days. Delete the rest.
Suggestions and Conclusion
-
If the upgrade task issued by BBC fails, it generally indicates that there may be problems in the upgrade process of the underlying branch device.
-
If there is a problem with the branch upgrade, you can check the log file cat /var/bbc/log/bbc_ssu_upgrade.log to see if there are any obvious errors.
-
In addition, you can also check /datacache/bbc/upgrade/ and /datacache/bbc/upgrade_pkg/ in the branch to see if the upgrade package has been issued normally.
-
According to /etc/sinfor/bbc/upgrade/upgrade_status.log, you can check the status of the upgrade task issued by BBC.
-
If the BBC device itself has a problem, you can check sfvt_bbc_upgrade_srv.log
