【BBC】BBC2.5.3 failed to issue policy — prompt synchronization timeout

Problem Description

BBC2.5.3 configuration delivery prompts synchronization timeout, and the policy cannot be delivered

Process——

  1. BBC sends the template policy of AC12.0.12, prompting synchronization timeout

  2. Check that AC is connected to BBC normally and jumps to BBC normally

  1. BBC2.5.3 requires the corresponding BBC branch version AC template to be 12.0.18. The template configuration is successfully delivered

Root cause

The AC template corresponding to BBC2.5.1 is 12.0.9 ~ 12.0.17, while the AC template corresponding to BBC2.5.3 is required to be 12.0.18 or above, otherwise the synchronization timeout will occur.

solution

Upgrade BBC branch version AC template to 12.0.18
