【BBC】Branch access to BBC, local subnet configuration lost

Problem Description

After the branch is connected to BBC, the local subnet configuration configured on the branch is always lost

Process——

  1. Check that the BBC version is 2.5.3

  2. I learned that the subnet list was not configured when I first accessed BBC. It was configured after I exited BBC and then re-accessed BBC.

  3. Since BBC2.5.3 does not configure a subnet list when it first accesses BBC, BBC will have a VPN cache. If you exit BBC and re-access it, the VPN configuration will be overwritten by the VPN configuration of the first access to BBC.

  4. Tell the user to add a new account on BBC. Configure the subnet list on the branch first, and then connect to BBC without losing it.

Root cause

BBC2.5.3 reconnects to BBC, VPN configuration will be overwritten

solution

  1. Add a new account on BBC and re-access it

  2. The best solution is to upgrade BBC to 2.5.6
