【BBC】Failed to jump to a single branch console

Problem Description

bbc jump to a single woc branch console fails, other woc branches jump normally

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Try to log in with a different browser, but the same error message appears.

  2. Check the log of woc, which shows that the connection to bbc has timed out. It is inferred that there is a problem with the network connection between woc branch and bbc.


3. Log in to the woc backend and manually execute netstat -anp | grep 5000. The echo shows that the TCP session connected to port 5000 is unstable.

  1. WOC backend tests ping packets larger than 1500 bytes of BBC public network address. It is found that large packets cannot be connected. Try to ping WOC gateway and the gateway at the upper level. 1500 bytes are connected, but it is not connected at the gateway at the upper level.

Root cause

BBC's adjustment of the woc console involves large packet transmission. The operator restricts large packet transmission, resulting in the failure of BBC to jump to the woc console

solution

After coordinating with the operator to adjust the line large packet transmission, BBC successfully jumped to the WOC console
