【BBC】How to log in to BBC using Google on MAC: Your connection is not private

Problem Description

A customer logged into BBC using a MAC computer and Google Chrome, and was prompted as follows: Your connection is not private. This prompt is very similar to the certificate warning problem, but there is no prompt: Continue to 10.176.3.250 (unsafe)

Effective troubleshooting steps

We asked the customer to test the Windows computer and found that logging into BBC was normal, so the problem with the BBC device itself can be ruled out.

Root cause

macOS updated its security policy, causing Chrome to recognize that our custom certificate is insecure and requires manual skipping of the certificate check.

solution

Click a blank space on the Chrome page and type "thisisunsafe" to skip the check and log in to the console.
