【BBC】Serial number will be lost after a period of time

Problem Description

The customer applied for a formal BBC authorization, but after filling it out, the serial number would be lost after a period of time;

Process——

  1. Authorization is formal authorization;

  2. The device is deployed in the intranet and the branch access is normal;

  3. Testing found that the BBC device could not communicate with the authorized server

Root cause

Device authorization is verified online. If the authorization status is illegal for more than 30 days, it will be forcibly cleared. When the device cannot communicate with the authorization server, it is impossible to detect whether the authorization is legal, so it is in an illegal authorization state.

solution

Modify the network configuration so that the device can communicate normally with the authorization server;
