【BBC】Test authorization adjusted to formal authorization activation failed

Problem Description

The customer originally used the BBC device for test authorization. Later, the customer purchased a formal authorization. By comparing the authorization ID and serial number, it was found that the test authorization ID and the formal authorization ID were inconsistent and could not be filled in normally. The modification error was as follows;

1. This problem is caused by inconsistent application authorization IDs, so the interface can no longer be operated and can only be processed in the background;

Root cause

The product authorization is caused by the ID inconsistency during the change process. The normal formal use authorization ID application will not be changed.

solution

1. Clear the current test authorization first【High-risk operation warning】

It is recommended to contact a product expert for judgment first

(Before deleting, back up and record the device ID and serial number. You may need this stand-alone serial number later.)

/sf/etc/init.d/authorize_client stop

rm -f /sf/cfg/authorize_client/authorize_client_file

/sf/etc/init.d/authorize_client start

2. After cleaning, fill in the authorization interface again on the new device authorization interface.
