【BBC】The English version of AF failed to join the BBC

Problem Description

The English version of AF failed to join the BBC

Warning Information

  1. Check the system log of the unsuccessful joining of the English version of AF to BBC and find that the prompt is authentication failure. The access name, port, and password are all correct, and the English version of AF can communicate with BBC normally.

  1. Check the access device configuration on the BBC device and find that the selected branch device is the Next Generation Firewall (AF). This problem has been confirmed with R&D. The branch device that needs to be selected for the English version of AF is NGAF.

  1. Select NGAF as the branch device type, and then connect to BBC and it will work normally.
