Problem Description

The headquarters device keeps showing an alarm in the VPN configuration of BBC, but the VPN connection and BBC access are normal, and the headquarters device alarm cannot be seen in the branch management, and there is no alarm information prompt

Process——

  1. Check the configuration on BBC and make sure the branch is managed normally.
  2. Check the VPN topology on BBC. All VPNs are normal.

Root cause

  1. There are many users in the equipment of the VPN headquarters. If these users are not connected to the VPN, the headquarters equipment will have an alarm prompt

solution

  1. Delete redundant VPN connection user names at headquarters
  2. Allocate multiple VPN user names at the headquarters to branch devices
