【BBC】The number of branches in each group is inconsistent with the total number of branches

Problem Description

The customer reported that the number of branches in each group and the total number of branches were a few less, and felt that there was a problem with the display and needed help to find the reason

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. The sum of the number of branches in each group is 350, and the total number is 357, which is seven less. It is inferred that there are 7 extra branches in all groups.

  2. However, it is too time-consuming to click and view them one by one, so I exported the branch device table analysis from BBC.

Root cause

After analyzing the table, we found that there were indeed 7 more branches in all groups, which caused the numbers to not match (this is a normal phenomenon, but the customer experience was not very good)

solution

The branches with empty values in the first-level organization column in the table belong to all groups. In bbc, they are manually moved to the corresponding subgroups.
