【BBC】Unified backup branch configuration failed

Problem Description

BBC unified backup AC configuration, only one AC configuration backup is successful on the interface, and the configuration backup of other ACs is not displayed

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Check the equipment and find that the customer has connected a lot of AC devices, which is the vac in abos

  1. Press F12 to check the cgi display and find that there are device backups of other branches.

  1. Ask R&D to check and find out that aBOS did not support backup when it was designed. All files with abos name were filtered out when CGI was displayed. R&D modified the code interface to show success.

Root cause

BBC configuration branch configuration here, the current design does not support the backup of aBOS configuration, in the interface CGI display, in order not to display aBOS devices, directly filter out the front end with the abos name

solution

If there is a bug in the interface, just contact experts and R&D to restore it.
