【BBC】VPN operation and maintenance screen does not show connection

Problem Description

The VPN operation and maintenance screen does not display the connection. There is no VPN connection information in the VPN summary at the headquarters, but there is connection information at the branch.

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Check whether the VPN connection is normal. The following figure shows that the connection is normal.

  1. Report the VPN configuration information at the BBC's [Device] and then distribute it to keep the VPN information of the controlled end and the master end consistent.

  1. Check the connection management of the branch. The BBC configures the headquarters in the form of IP, and the branch access is in the form of domain name.

Root cause

The connection information of the headquarters and branches is inconsistent. The connection is normal but it will cause display abnormalities.

solution

Delete the self-configured connections and have them all issued by BBC to keep the configuration information consistent.
