【BBC】VPN topology management sends VPN topology display interruption

Problem Description

The VPN topology displayed when the WOC device connected to the two branches is sent is interrupted

Process——

  1. Check that both devices are connected to BBC normally

  2. The VPN status shows interrupted. Go to the branch device to check the system log to find out after a few minutes the VPN automatically disconnects.

  3. Check that the transmission mode is UDP. Change the transmission mode to TCP.

The VPN status is also normal.

Root cause

UDP transmission is unstable, causing VPN to be interrupted and VPN topology interruption to be reported

solution

Change the transmission mode to TCP
