[BBC] BBC failed to send connection management configuration to WOC branch

Problem Description

The customer headquarters has a BBC, and the VPN headquarters is an AF device. When the VPN configuration is delivered, it is found that the VPN configuration of the headquarters AF device is delivered normally, but the connection management configuration on the branch WOC device is not delivered successfully.

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Check the BBC device configuration delivery log and you will find that the configuration delivery action itself is normal, but the branch WOC connection management is empty, as shown in the following figure:

  1. Check the VPN device overview of the branch WOC device on BBC and find that the connection management of this WOC branch is configured with two entries, and the webagent addresses are the same, as shown below:

  1. After communicating with the customer, a connection management on the WOC branch was deleted, and the problem was solved after the VPN configuration was re-issued. VPN connection successful:

Root cause

In the VPN device overview of the WOC branch on the BBC, the connection management is configured with two connection managements with the same webagent address, resulting in a conflict when the BBC configuration is delivered

solution

Delete a redundant connection management on the WOC branch, and then re-issue the VPN configuration.
