[BBC] BBC prompts to install HVV package through acheck, please remove the dual machine first and then upgrade the devices one by one

Problem Description

When BBC installs the HVV package through acheck, it prompts that the dual-machine function should be disabled first and then the devices should be upgraded one by one. The interface shows that the dual-machine function is not enabled.

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Confirm whether the dual-machine function is enabled in [Management]-[High Availability].

  2. Consult R&D. The acheck upgrade determines whether to enable dual-machine operation based on the value of ['ha'\]/a{a=1}a== in /sf/cfg/bbc_ha/ha_cfg.ini. If a==1, it means double-click to start the machine, and a==0 means dual-machine operation is disabled.

Root cause

When the dual-machine module is not used, the dual-machine module is displayed as closed on the interface, but it is actually opened in the background.

solution

Manually check and uncheck the dual-machine option on the interface and save the configuration.
