[BBC] Duplicate label of SDWAN policy line causes failure of routing policy delivery

Problem Description

The customer configured the SDWAN routing policy on the BBC and sent it to the AF device at the branch. The AF configuration was not updated and the SDWAN policy sent by the BBC was not received.

Effective troubleshooting steps

1. Through the analysis of AF background log, as shown below, the AF log shows no update, which means that the configuration has not changed and no update is required;

2. Check the BBC process task log as follows:

Successful synchronization does not mean that the configuration has been sent. It must be displayed in the log in the description and it must contain "VPN configuration" to be considered sent successfully.

3. Check the BBC policy configuration and find that two identical line labels are added in the delivery policy.

Normally there won’t be two identical line labels, only one, indicating a bug

4. Delete a line label and re-issue it to solve the problem.
