[BBC] The CPU and memory of AC have exceeded the set threshold, but the BBC device did not notify

Problem Description

The BBC device has set up alarms for the AC CPU and memory, but after exceeding the corresponding thresholds, the BBC device still does not generate a notification

Process——

  1. Check the CPU and memory thresholds of the BBC device. When they exceed 10%, a notification is generated. However, the branch AC has exceeded the corresponding thresholds but no alarm is generated.

  1. Check the configuration again and find that the problem is caused by not enabling event alarm in AC alarm events.

  1. Solve after enabling

Root cause

The branch event alarm is equivalent to a master switch. If the branch does not check the alarm event, the CPU, memory and other alarm settings will not be issued.

solution

The problem was caused by AC not enabling event alarms. The problem was solved after enabling them.
