[BBC] When logging into BBC on the public network, you cannot log in to the branch device through the BBC device — port 5530 is not mapped.

Problem Description

I log in to the BBC device on the public network and want to log in to the branch device through the BBC device to perform related configurations, but I find that I cannot log in.

Warning Information

  1. Check on the BBC device and find that the branch is normally connected to the BBC, and you can also see the relevant information of the branch device

  2. However, when you click on remote access, it prompts that the website cannot be accessed

  1. Such an error is usually caused by a network problem. The port used for single sign-on from the BBC device to the branch device is 5530. When testing the connectivity of 5530 on the public network, it was found to be blocked.

  2. However, when logging into BBC on the intranet, you can log in to the branch device normally with a single point of login. Check whether the export device maps port 5530 normally. It is found that it is not mapped. After the export device does port mapping, it maps port 5530 normally and everything is normal.
