【BBC】Older alert unable to mark as fixed.

Issue Description

Identify alerts in the alert module regarding branch devices showing as disconnected, even though these branches have reconnected to the BBC. Despite the reconnection, the alerts persist.

Root Cause

When the event generated within 24 hours could be remark as fixed however if passing 24 hours the alert will remain on the ALL section.

Solution

The new alert will generate to indicate the branch device have reconnect, therefore we suggest to focus on the current pending alert on the BBC.
