Issue Description

CC unable to submit the custom security event and show illegear character.

Handling Process

1. Checked with RnD is an known issue.
2. Replace the file provided by RnD
3. backup the existing file first cp /home/fantom/apps/secvisual/appserver/forms/system/Custom_event_level_add_form.php /home/fantom/apps/secvisual/appserver/forms/system/Custom_event_level_add_form.php.bak
4. Unzip and upload the existing file in this directory /home/fantom/apps/secvisual/appserver/forms/system/

Root Cause

1. This is because the description has the illegear character cause unable to submit

Solution

Replace the file provided in the attachment.
Custom_event_level_add_form
