【Cyber Command】Connection to Cloud Mirror authentication failed

Problem Description

After configuring the admin account and password of Yunjing on Cyber Command, the prompt "Username or password is incorrect" appears when submitting the request

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Check the account and password configuration on Cyber Command and confirm that it is consistent with the Yunjing account and password

  2. Compare the version requirements of Cyber Command and Cloud Mirror in [Help] – [Sangfor Device Access] – [Cloud Mirror] of the Cyber Command console to confirm that they do not meet the version requirements for docking.

  3. After upgrading Cyber Command and cloud mirror to versions that meet the docking requirements, the docking authentication is normal again

Root cause

The version interface has been changed, resulting in the inability to authenticate Cyber Command and Cloud Mirror that do not conform to the docking version
