- Detection corresponding configuration [Monitoring Center] – [Large Screen Visualization] – [Settings] – [External Connection Visualization]
Root cause
"Enable" is not checked in the settings configuration

solution
After checking, select "Enable large screen" and select the corresponding display area, click OK and it will work normally
