Effective troubleshooting steps
- Check the customer's operation method and find that the customer's corresponding Endpoint was disposed of on the same day.
- Confirm that the time Pending filtering the customer's Endpoint list to be disposed of is only filtered to yesterday and does not include the time for the disposed Endpoint.
Root cause
Risky Server Risk Level and disposal status of the corresponding host displayed on the risk server and risk Host are determined based on the latest status in the filtering time period. When the latest status in the filtering time period is not Fixed, the corresponding Endpoint will remain in the Pending status.
solution
The corresponding Endpoint has been processed, and the filtering time only needs to include the current day.
